2. Data we access

When you connect Google Workspace, Pathfinder accesses only the Google services and data needed for the features you request and the permissions shown during Google consent. Depending on the enabled workflow, this can include account identity and profile information, emails and message metadata, files and file metadata, calendar events, contacts, spreadsheets and documents. Pathfinder does not access Google data outside the permissions you grant.

We also process information you provide directly, usage and diagnostic information, and account and connection records needed to authenticate, secure and operate the service.

3. Purposes and Google Limited Use

We use data to provide Pathfinder features, retrieve and organise the Google content you request, generate requested AI-assisted outputs, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, communicate about the service, and comply with law. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the minimum scopes reasonably necessary, use data only for the disclosed functionality, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide that functionality or as permitted by Google and law, and do not use it for creditworthiness or lending purposes.

4. Storage, vendors and international transfers

Pathfinder uses Supabase and Render for application infrastructure and data storage. Production data is hosted in the European Union. Relevant content may be processed by contracted frontier model providers to generate a feature you request. These providers operate under our instructions with zero-data-retention and no-model-training arrangements where applicable. We use contractual and technical safeguards for any transfer required to operate the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account, connection and operational records for as long as needed to provide Pathfinder, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Google content is retrieved and retained only for the period needed for the requested workflow and any resulting saved feature, subject to the customer’s configuration and our operational backups. We do not promise a single fixed deletion period because retention depends on the feature and account.

You can request deletion of your Pathfinder data by emailing hello@venturecubed.com. We will verify the request, delete data we are not required to retain, and explain any legal or security retention that remains. You can also revoke access in your Google Account settings; revocation stops future access but does not itself delete previously stored Pathfinder data.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of certain data. You may exercise these rights using the contact details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or another applicable supervisory authority.

7. Security and disclosures

We use access controls, encryption and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect data. No service is completely secure. We may disclose data to service providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor in a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

8. Children and changes

Pathfinder is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We may update this Policy when our service or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
