Terms of Service

1. The service

Pathfinder provides AI-assisted workflows and tools for organisations using Google Workspace. The specific features available to you depend on your account, permissions and the Google services you choose to connect. Pathfinder is not a substitute for your own review, professional judgment or legal, financial, employment or other regulated advice.

2. Accounts and permissions

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure and ensuring you have authority to connect any Google Workspace account or content. You must use Pathfinder lawfully and must not attempt to access another person’s data, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.

You may revoke Pathfinder’s Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings. Revocation may prevent features that depend on the connection from working.

3. Your content and Google data

You retain your rights in content you submit or make available through Google Workspace. You grant Venture Cubed only the limited rights needed to operate, secure, maintain and improve Pathfinder at your direction. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our access to Google user data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the user-facing functionality you request, to maintain security and reliability, and as otherwise permitted by that policy and applicable law. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

4. AI and third-party services

Pathfinder may send the minimum relevant content to contracted infrastructure and frontier model providers to perform requested features. Those providers are required to process content under our instructions, with zero-data-retention and no-model-training arrangements where applicable. Pathfinder is hosted using Supabase and Render, with production data hosted in the European Union. We may update subprocessors where needed to operate the service and will maintain appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Pathfinder available and secure, but the service may be unavailable for maintenance, changes to Google APIs, outages or events outside our reasonable control. We may modify or discontinue features, including where a third-party service changes its terms or APIs.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathfinder is provided on an “as available” basis and we make no warranty that outputs will be complete, accurate or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law where you live.
